What to do in case you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

• Hygiene and Health Standard: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair products and lace items, wigs are generally final sale once the lace has been cut, altered, customized, or worn.

• Return Window: Unused wigs in their original, unaltered condition (with lace intact, unwashed, and unstyled) may be returned or exchanged within 7 to 14 days of delivery or purchase.

• Condition Requirements: The wig must be in brand-new condition with all original tags, packaging, and branding attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, odors, or product application will not be accepted.

• Shipping and Restocking: Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, exceptions are made for immediate replacements or full refunds provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of receipt.
